6U - Novice Cheer Program (Ages 5-6) - LEVEL 1
Our Novice Cheer program is designed for athletes ages 5-6 years old who are new to cheerleading. At this level, we focus on developing foundational skills while fostering a fun and supportive learning environment.
We ask that all Novice athletes come ready to listen, learn, and engage in practices. While no prior tumbling or stunting experience is required, these skills will be introduced and developed throughout the season.
We aim to help young athletes build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a love for the sport as they begin their cheer journey!
8U - Novice Cheer Program (Ages 6-8) - LEVEL 1
Our Novice Cheer program is designed for athletes ages 7-8 years old who are ready to learn and grow in a fun, supportive environment. At this level, we focus on building fundamental cheer skills, teamwork, and confidence.
No prior tumbling or stunting experience is required—these skills will be introduced and developed throughout the season. We ask that all Novice athletes come prepared to listen, learn, and actively participate as they begin their cheer journey.

10U - Prep Cheer Program (Ages 8-10) LEVEL 1
Our Prep Cheer program is designed for athletes ages 8-10 years old who are ready to take their skills to the next level. At this stage, we focus on stronger skill development, teamwork, and performance while fostering confidence and enthusiasm.
We expect our Prep athletes to catch on to skills quickly, be open and willing to tumble and stunt, and bring lots of spirit and personality to practices and performances. While prior tumbling and stunting experience is not required, these skills will be taught and refined throughout the season.
This level is perfect for athletes looking to advance their technique, refine their performance abilities, and prepare for higher levels of cheer while building confidence and leadership.
12U - Elite Cheer Program (Ages 9-12) - LEVEL 2
Our Elite Cheer program is designed for dedicated athletes ages 9-12 who are ready to train at a higher level. At this stage, we focus on advanced skill development, technique, performance quality, and leadership.
We expect our Elite athletes to catch on to skills quickly, be open and willing to tumble and stunt , and bring strong spirit, personality, and showmanship to every practice and performance. While prior tumbling and stunting experience is not required, these skills will be taught and refined throughout the season. Stunting is a key focus at this level, and athletes must be prepared to actively participate in stunting skills and progressions.
This level is ideal for athletes who are dedicated to growth, eager to take on leadership roles, and ready to push their skills to the next level as they prepare for higher levels of cheer.
14U - Elite Cheer Program (Ages 10-14) - LEVEL 2
Our Elite Cheer program is designed for committed athletes ages 10-14 who are ready to train at a higher level. At this stage, we focus on advanced skill development, strong technique, and performance excellence while fostering leadership and teamwork.
We expect our Elite athletes to learn and adapt quickly, be open and willing to tumble and stunt, and bring energy, confidence, and strong showmanship to every practice and performance. While prior tumbling and stunting experience is not required, these skills will be taught and refined throughout the season.
Stunting is a key focus at this level, and all athletes must be prepared to actively participate in stunting progressions. Additionally, we emphasize personality, leadership, and a strong presence, both on and off the mat.
This program is designed for strong, confident young athletes who are ready to lead, inspire, and perform at their highest potential while preparing for advanced cheer opportunities.
